These Affiliate Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Bitcoin Boyfriend Affiliate Program (“Program”) operated by Bitcoin Boyfriend (“we,” “us,” or “Company”), located at 7901 4th St N #32081, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA. Contact: support@bitcoinboyfriend.io.
By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you”) agree to this Agreement.
1. Acceptance and Approval
Participation is by application only. We may approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. Approval does not guarantee continued participation.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter a legally binding contract. You must provide accurate information and keep your account details current.
3. Commission Structure
Unless we notify you otherwise in writing:
Premium Membership ($21/month recurring): 30% recurring commission for as long as the referred member remains a paying subscriber.
Credit packages (one-time purchases): 20% one-time commission on the purchase amount.
Commissions are calculated on the amount actually received by us after refunds, chargebacks, payment-processor fees, taxes, and adjustments.
4. Attribution
We use last-click attribution. If a customer clicks more than one affiliate link before purchasing, the last affiliate to receive the click before the purchase earns the commission.
5. Tracking and Cookies
Tracking is provided through the Program platform. We do not guarantee 100% tracking accuracy. Ad blockers, cookie deletion, device changes, and similar factors may prevent a sale from being attributed. We are not liable for untracked referrals.
6. Payouts
Commissions become payable after a holding period we set (typically to allow for refunds and chargebacks). Payouts are made according to the method and minimum threshold shown in your affiliate account. We may withhold or reverse commissions for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, policy violations, or suspected abuse.
7. Permitted Promotion
You may promote Bitcoin Boyfriend using your unique links, banners, and approved materials.
You must:
Clearly disclose that you may earn a commission
Represent the site accurately (dating and social community for Bitcoiners; family-friendly; 18+)
Comply with applicable advertising, privacy, and consumer-protection laws (including FTC endorsement guidelines)
8. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
Use spam, unsolicited messages, purchased traffic that violates platform rules, or misleading ads
Bid on our brand name, misspellings, or confusingly similar terms in paid search without written permission
Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or fake/self-referrals
Create fake accounts, fake purchases, or incentivize purchases in a way that violates our site rules
Claim we provide financial advice or that anyone should buy or invest in Bitcoin
Promote adult content, illegal activity, hate, harassment, or anything that conflicts with our family-friendly community standards
Impersonate Bitcoin Boyfriend, or any member of our team
Use “affiliate” in a custom domain or URL in a way that could get tracking blocked, if we have provided other branding guidelines
Violate any law, platform terms (X, Google, etc.), or our site Terms of Use / Privacy Policy
9. Brand and Intellectual Property
We grant you a limited, revocable license to use approved logos and materials solely to promote the Program. You do not acquire any ownership rights. We may require you to stop using any creative immediately.
10. Relationship
You are an independent contractor. This Agreement does not create employment, partnership, or agency. You may not bind us or speak as if you officially represent the Company.
11. Taxes
You are solely responsible for any taxes on commissions you receive.
12. Confidentiality
You may not share non-public Program data, commission details of others, or internal materials without our permission.
13. Term and Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must stop using our links and materials. We may withhold pending commissions if we reasonably believe there was fraud, abuse, or a policy violation. We may close unused or inactive accounts.
14. Changes
We may change commission rates, Program rules, or this Agreement at any time. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted in the affiliate dashboard or sent to your account email.
15. Disclaimer
The Program and tracking tools are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee earnings, traffic, conversions, or uninterrupted tracking.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising from the Program will not exceed the commissions actually paid to you in the three (3) months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bitcoin Boyfriend and its owners, employees, and partners from claims arising out of your promotional activities, your content, or your breach of this Agreement.
18. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue shall be in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
19. Miscellaneous
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. This is the entire agreement regarding the Program. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
